After insurance information and paper work is completed the patient is explained the purpose of consultation, examination and x-ray. A tour of the office is given and the patient is greeted by the attending physician. The patient is given a one hour appointment for their report of findings. (an adjustment is given only if the patient is in emergency situation). Upon leaving the office the patient is given a new patient packet containing chiropractic education materials and gift coupons for health and beauty facilities.
